These workers have earned degrees beyond a baccalaureate degree in their chosen profession, have acquired at least five years of progressive experience, or have demonstrated a talent for their industry that far surpasses their peers.
Skilled Workers, Professionals, Unskilled Workers
Skilled workers have jobs that require a minimum of 2 years training, while unskilled workers execute tasks that require less than 2 years training. Professional careers require a baccalaureate degree from a U.S. university or its foreign equivalent.
Certain Special Immigrants
This visa applies to a wide spectrum of workers including government and religious personnel.
